But in this article, we’ll show you how to unblock these channels from anywhere using a VPN, so that you don’t miss a single race.

Channels Streaming the 2019 Isle of Man TT

Only three streaming channels have broadcasting rights for the 2019 Isle of Man TT:

  • ITV Hub (UK).
  • Motor Trend on Demand (USA).
  • Fox Sports (Australia).

But unfortunately, these services can only air the races inside their respective regions due to copyright issues. This means that if you try to access any of them from abroad, a location error message will appear on your screen. It’ll look like something like this: “The video you’re attempting to view is not available in your region.”

That’s because your IP address reveals your global position to the internet. When web hosts see that you are outside their coverage zone, they won’t allow you to view their programs.

Therefore, you need a VPN to help you spoof your location.

How to Watch the 2019 Isle of Man TT with VPN

A virtual private network (VPN) is a software that changes your geographic location by rerouting your internet traffic. It allows you to connect to any foreign server you’d like, and grants you a new IP address from that region.

So if you want to watch Isle of Man TT races on ITV, all you have to do is connect to a network from the UK. Then, your new Internet Protocol address will make it appear as if you were inside the region, thus unblocking the service. But that’s not all, this entire process will also give you access to any UK-restricted channel like BBC iPlayer, for example.

If you’re still finding this a bit complicated, just follow the below steps and you’ll be streaming the 2019 Isle of Man TT in no time.

  1. Visit the website of a good VPN service like ExpressVPN.
  2. Download and install the app on your PC, Mac, iOS, or Android device.
  3. Sign in and connect to a server from any of the countries mentioned above. (UK server for ITV; US server for Motor Trend on Demand; and Australian server for Fox Sports).
  4. Make sure you’re using your new IP address by visiting WhatIsMyIP.network.
  5. Feel the need… the need for speed.

About the 2019 Isle of Man TT Races

The ‘Tourist Trophy’ races, also known as TT races, are an annual motorcycle sport event. The upcoming edition will take place from May 25 till June 7 at the Isle of Man, of course.

It is one of the most dangerous racing events in the world ever since its inauguration in 1907. Between that year and 2018, there have been 149 fatalities during official practices or races on the Snaefell Mountain Course. In 2016, five riders died on the course.

As a result, the Isle of Man TT always draws criticism when it comes to safety measures. In 2007, an incident during the ‘senior race’ resulted in the death of a rider and two spectators. The resultant inquest made several recommendations and included several comments, such as: ‘Senior Marshals may well have been elevated beyond the sphere of their competence.

Nonetheless, it is still one of the most prestigious and exciting motorcycle racing events in the sport.

How to Stream 2019 Isle of Man TT Online – Conclusion

“2019 will see the return to the Mountain Course of the 2018 record breakers: Dean Harrison and Peter Hickman. In perfect conditions, they pushed the lap record to over 134mph and finally to 135.452mph – making the Isle of Man TT the fastest road race on the planet. Can they go faster in 2019? Can John McGuinness, Michael Dunlop or Ian Hutchinson handle their pace?”
That’s the question that IOMTT is asking on its website. If you want to find out, get a VPN and see all the action live.
